Yesterday saw the release of the official video for ‘Ursa Minor’ by Lawrence King and myself (Tired Arms) The piece was directed and edited by Melvin Galapon who with the help of Owen Richards (DoP) created this wonderfully psychedelic accompaniment to our debut single.
'Ursa Minor' is now available as a free download.
I’ve also updated my site with a bunch of new Sound Design pieces including a new video by the brilliant Olly Burn entitled ‘Catskills Running.' You'll also find a set of three idents for U-Dox’s Spine TV by the hugely talented Melvin Galapon.
The start of 2013 has been incredibly busy so here’s an update on my most recent work.
I’ve been fortunate enough to team up with long term collaborator and extremely talented filmmaker Guy Gotto on a competition short entitled ‘Black Box.’ The piece was produced by our good friends Matthew Dickson and Patrick Brown and will be posted online in the coming months.
I’m excited to announce that Lawrence and I have begun work on a new Tired Arms release. We’ll be documenting the whole process so keep your eyes peeled for photos, videos and audio snippets. In the meantime we have a new remix in the pipeline and a video for 'Ursa Minor' on the way.
I’m also in the process of producing an EP for UK Poetry Slam Champion and Don’t Flop regular Adam Kammerling (Adam the Rapper) Work on this is well underway but for now I strongly recommend you check out 'The Letters EP'
Finally I’ve updated my website with a selection of brand new library material and a YCN Awards video for contemporary furniture company Deadgood. The piece was created in collaboration with London based animation duo Plastic Horse.
